There have been many references over the last 20 or so years to my ‘home studio’. But in fact I only ever had one 1992-1994. I paid a high price for it. Sordid details not following. Well, I have one again, sort of… My attic office/music room is now free of all office elements. Now, when I am working on music I will not hear the email tone ring out. And when I am working in the new office space (our library, which no longer doubles as our webshop HQ) I will not have guitars and synths doing that damned doe-eyed thing at me… Demarcation. The older I get, the more I need it, it seems. As soon as the new website is up an running I will post photos. For now here’s my studio desk, with no computer. Yes it’s Herman Miller. Of course it is.
