Which Photo?

If you're here looking for a photo for an article or website - you can take any that you choose.

However, not all the images are print quality, even if the downloadable file is a tiff. Many of the images here are taken from point and shoot or polaroids (no cellphone images, yet). The Press Kit area was constructed to offer a choice of photos suitable for print use, and to save you time if you don't want to browse the whole area.

Why Photo?

The photos compiled here do not represent anything other than my personal collection. The photos here are the ones that I have. I am missing large chunks, Love Story for example - I had to scan CD sleeves to get anything at all from that year and yet I recall clearly that Norman Watson was very kind with his time and gave us some lovely prints of me holding a 2 year old William, but more than that I cannot find. Given that we have moved house rather more often than we might have preferred, I'm assuming that I've lost some prints over the years. If you are in possession of such prints and you'd like me to have them to display here, please let me know. The weblog area has a contact section.

Why so lttle colour?

Mainly because I never liked it, or more pertinently - never liked the way I looked in colour. The other reason is that when we were given B&W prints, we were usually given colour transparencies, I most probably lost most of these... I do still have a few from the mid eighties but I don't have a scanner to scan them. When I figure out how to do this I'll get them up here.
