It’s already begun, as you may know.
Last year, after the release of ON PAIN, the focus was on putting a band together for the first time in a very long time, and I’m happy to report it went quite well and it was not unprofitable. However if it were to be my only source of live income it would not pay all my bills I’m afraid.
To be safe I booked a solo ‘down under’ tour of Australia and New Zealand before the Christmas holidays and 5 shows in Scandinavia, where I’m writing from.
The solo show is working well, it’s quite different from anything I’ve done the last few years so it feels oddly fresh (at 62, almost 63 years old), and I’m happy to report that there will be more shows, throughout 2024, and in early 2025 there will be a few more band shows in UK and Ireland (watch this space for details).
I’ll be in Rennes to perform at the Festival Mythos on April 7th.
