Q – I saw you play a great show at the 40 Watt in Athens, Georgia(mid eighties) in support of Rattlesnakes.
Was that one of your first shows in the US?
Any recollection of that show?
A – Thiat was our first tour. We had a great time in Athens, maybe too great. The next year we came back and played the Georgia Theatre and spent a couple of days off there. I don’t recall, but I’ve heard that we were drunk for 3 days.
A few years later, on my first solo tour, I think, I got to play the University golf course.
