Q – I recently purchased all of my favorite songs by Lloyd at Napster only to discover that the only version of ‘ Perfect Blue ‘ ( My Favorite ) available is not the version I cherish. The version I purchased ( From the ‘1984-1989’ album ) is smoother and orchestra accompanied. The version I want is primarily acoustic and has a slight country twang to it. Would the latter be from ‘ Easy Pieces’ ?
A – That’s right, the one you want is on Easy Pieces. Obviously, we preferred the other version, as we put in on our ‘best of’… I’m working on strategies to get all these songs available, at least as downloads, asap. If I succeed (or fail), here is where you’ll hear about it first.
