Q – The other day i found a ticket stub for a gig of yours on 12th November 1989 at manchester apollo, but im convinced that i cant have gone then and that the gig was actually in late january or february the following year as i remember going on a very early date with my now other half and we only met on the 10th november 1989 ….
A – There was no touring on that first solo record until 1990. You are right. I’m 99% sure that no shows were booked for the previous November, and then rescheduled… but my memory isn’t 100% to say the least.
