Q – I stumbled upon an mp3 of this recently. Hysterically brilliant and groovy tribute to Ms. Sobule. Would you care to share the story behind it? Just wondering. Thanks.
A – I actually first met Jill at a songwriting seminar in Ireland – the only one of these things I’ve ever been to and I should state for the record that I only went because the thing was being held next to Connemara Golf Club.. in the end it was a great experience and along with Jill I met Jane and Charlotte with whom I wrote ‘So Jill’.
