Q – I really enjoyed Sunday night in Whelans – acoustic guitar and singing was excellent. I still regard the Lloyd Cole and the Commotions concert in Leisureland in Galway as one of the best I have ever attended way back in 1986…?! I’m pretty sure it was 1986 – could have been November, could have been February…..
Can you tell me the exact date?
A – I don’t have records of the tours but I’m pretty sure we didn’t play outside Dublin and Belfast until the Mainstream tour which would have been 1988. Maybe some one else can help?
